Pricing and Packages
Day Hunting
- Trespass Hunting - Daily trespass fee: $100 or $150 per day (depending on the property to be hunted). North Dakota state pheasant license (resident or non-resident) required to hunt an leased property for regualr season hunting. Season dates are October 9th, 2010 through January 2nd, 2011. A three rooster daily bag limit applies as well as the specified "possession" limit. Refer to the North Dakota pheasant hunting proclamation for more details.
Lodge Rental
- Lodge Upstairs: $300 per day
- Lodge Downstairs: $250 per day
Lodge levels have eight (8) beds per level but you can crowd as many people in as you wish. Both levels have complete kitchen facilities, freezers, Direct TV, high-speed wireless internet and are completly remodeled. Divide the number of hunters into $300 or $250 per day and you can see how affordable the rates are.
Tresspass Fees: from $100 to $150 per hunter per day - depending on the property that will be hunted.

Corporate Retreats
We specialize in corporate retreats. Send us your company details and any special requirements and we will custom tailor a corporate package to fit your needs. Corporate Club Members can bring up to forty (40) quests at any given time
Club and Corporate Club Membership
Some of you may be interested in our Club and Corporate Club Membership. For a one-time fee you can become a Club Member and get another 20% discount from our already low prices. Discounts for regular Club Members apply to the Club Member and up to five (5) guests. A total of six (6) individuals are also allowed to collectively purchase one (1) Club Membership.
