North Dakota Pheasant Hunting

Day Hunting

  • Trespass Hunting - Daily trespass fee: $100 up to $150 per day (depending on the property to be hunted). North Dakota state pheasant license (resident or non-resident) required to hunt on leased property for regualr season hunting. Season dates are October 8th, 2011 through January 1st, 2012. A three rooster daily bag limit applies as well as the specified "possession" limit. Refer to the North Dakota pheasant hunting proclamation for more details.

Lodge Rental

  • Lodge Upstairs: $300 per day
  • Lodge Downstairs: $250 per day

Lodge levels have eight (8) beds per level but you can crowd as many people in as you wish. Both levels have complete kitchen facilities, freezers, Direct TV, high-speed wireless internet and are completly remodeled. Divide the number of hunters into $300 or $250 per day and you can see how affordable the rates are.

Tresspass Fees: from $100 to $150 per hunter per day - depending on the property that will be hunted.

  • Lodging provided at the Flushing Hills Lodge - just 2 miles from town, or the Lone Pine Lodge located in Mott.

    Equity Ownership

    Some of you may be interested in our Equity Ownership.
